With reference to the previous announcement dated: 11/07/1430 AH corresponding to: 04/07/2009 regarding the approval granted by SAMA to transfer the insurance portfolio of Bupa Middle East E.C. (Bahrain) to Bupa Arabia for cooperative insurance, Bupa would like to inform shareholders that the financial statements for the 1st quarter 2009 will be re-published once finalised and approved by the auditors, in order to include all aspects related to company activities, including insurance operations which were not published previously because of the non-completion of transferring the portfolio.
