Bupa Arabia, the first specialized health insurer in Saudi Arabia, has signed an agreement with AlBir Society orphanage to provide free health insurance for an additional 297 children cared for by the orphanage.The agreement was signed by Mazen Batarjee, chairman of Al Bir Society and Loay Nazer, the chairman of Bupa Arabia in the presence of Taymoor Ismail, chairman of Al Salam Corporation. Samira Baeshin, the deputy manager of the women's supervisory office located in Jeddah was also present. "It is our privilege to support the excellent work done by the Ministry of Social Affairs in caring for the orphans all around the kingdom," said Nazer, also the founder of
Bupa Arabia's corporate social responsibility program."After this agreement I am pleased to say that we are making steady progress in our aim to cover all 3000 children at orphanages registered under the Ministry with free medical insurance."
