Doctor On Phone
You can access a qualified medical doctor through our exclusive toll free medical helpline on 8004404040. This service is available to everyone, Bupa members as well as non-members. We have a team of doctors ready to immediately respond to your medical questions and guide you to the best form of management for a condition, such as which doctor or specialty to go for further management and what to expect when you visit the doctor, depending on the condition.

In case our lines are busy, you will be redirected to a Voicemail Service where you can leave all your details (Name, Mobile number and the condition you’re inquiring about) and a Bupa Arabia doctor will call you back as soon as possible.

Doctor Chat
This is an alternative communication channel that allows; members & non-members, to seek and discuss medically related conditions with a medical expert. This service is offered through our website www.Bupa.com.sa. We have a team of doctors ready 24/7 to immediately respond to your medical questions and guide you to the best form of management for a condition, which doctor or specialty to go to for further management and what to expect when you visit the doctor, depending on the condition.

Maternity Care
We have a pregnancy coaching program called ‘Pre-natal program’. We have dedicated female doctors to take care of your special needs by calling our pregnant mothers to coach them. This program includes coaching sessions on the phone, for education and counseling to monitor the progress of the members’ pregnancy. We provide education and recommendations on ways on how to better manage our members’ pregnancy. Members will be reassured; their well-being along with their baby’s well-being will be monitored and assessed periodically.

We also have a coaching program called ‘Post-natal Program’ for newly delivered mothers. Our doctors call our new mothers to coach them on how to take care of their newborn baby. Advice and recommendations are offered for both the mother during her postpartum/post-delivery period and for her newborn baby. The process of adding the newborn baby’s membership to Bupa is also explained. Support is offered in obtaining both medical and non-medical services such as access to a qualified doctors and clinics.

Baby Vaccination
Protect your children from birth to six years old by ensuring they have their vaccinations on time. Bupa doctors will call and remind you of their vaccination schedules and make sure you know what to expect during and after their vaccinations and how to deal with common side effects that may happen.

Chronic Disease Management
Managing your chronic illness is not an easy task. Bupa doctors help and guide you towards better health by monitoring your condition, giving expert advice on various topics such as lifestyle and diet control. Our medical experts will call you and answer all your queries and concerns. Alternatively, you may call our medical helpline anytime for additional support.

Chronic Medication Refill
Members who require medications for their chronic diseases can now have their medical refills easily and conveniently done through a vast network of pharmacies spread across the kingdom, with tie-ups currently with Al Nahdi, Al Sudais, Daan, Saudia & Al Dawaa pharmacies. This service is hassle free to ensure you get your medication promptly. In addition, you do not need to go personally; you can even send someone to pick them up on your behalf provided they bring a copy of your National ID or Iqama & Bupa Arabia membership card.

Home Based Laboratories
Monitoring your chronic condition has never been easier! Bupa arranges your routine blood testing for your chronic condition, by sending a qualified lab technician from our lab partner right to where you live or work and at the time and date most convenient to you. Your results will then be sent via email after 24 hours. This service is hassle free and ensures your lab investigations are monitored consistently.

Home Treatment service
Our hospitalized members in need of long term care or admitted for receiving specific services that can be provided at home; can get well faster with our worry-free home care service. Our agreements with Dr. Suleiman Habib Medical Group in Riyadh, Dr. Mohammad Dossary in Khobar & Dammam, Salam Medical home health care and Extended Medical Care Center (EMCC) in Jeddah to provide our members the benefit of being taken care of at home with their family nearby.
