Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Healthcare Insurance announces that the Board of Directors have accepted the resignation of Mr. Pablo Juantegui, Board Member and representative of the foreign partner, Bupa Investments Overseas Limited dated 23 November 2009, which has been accepted by the Board on 23 November 2009.

The Chairman and Members of the Board have expressed their thanks and appreciation to Mr. Juantegui for his valuable contribution during his term on the Board.

The Foreign Partner will appoint another representative to replace the resigning member following the approval of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency and approval by the shareholders of Bupa Arabia in the next Ordinary General Assembly meeting.
