Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Healthcare Insurance announces that the Board of Directors have accepted the resignation of Mr. Anthony Frank Cabrelli , Board Member and representative of the foreign partner, Bupa Investments Overseas Limited dated 04 September 2010, which has been accepted by the Board on 04 September 2010.
The Chairman and Members of the Board have expressed their thanks and appreciation to Mr. Anthony Frank Cabrelli for his valuable contribution during his term on the Board.
The Foreign Partner will appoint another representative to replace the resigning member following the approval of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency and approval by the shareholders of Bupa Arabia in the next Ordinary General Assembly meeting
