Bupa Arabia for cooperative insurance has approved the appointment of Mr. Pablo Juantegui and Mr. Anthony Cabrelli as members of the board representing Bupa Investments Overseas Limited and they will continue the term of their predecessors Mr. Benjamin David Jemphrey Kent and Dr. Damien Vincent Marmion Their appointment will be presented to shareholders for approval in the forth coming Ordinary General Assembly meeting.
