Bupa one of the leading health insurers in Saudi Arabia has been honoured for the second consecutive year at the 2008 Middle East Call Centre Awards held recently in Dubai, UAE.
Bupa won the Best Retention and Motivation Program for its pioneering programs aimed at retaining the industry’s best call centre agents and leaders. The award was organized by INSIGHT.
‘This is another honour for Bupa and it reinforces our commitment in the further development of our call centre agents and team leaders and retains them in the service of our members,’ said Tal Nazer, Managing Director of Bupa.
More than 30 call centres from some of the most prestigious names in finance, banking, airlines, media and other industries competed this year. Last year, Bupa was honoured with the ‘Best Call Quality’ award.
‘We make sure that our call centre has the best quality staff to serve our members. We also invest to make certain that our staff are supported by the latest technologies,’ said Nidal Saab, Operations Manager of Bupa.
Bupa was rewarded for its pioneering programs like ‘My Career’ which ensures professional advancement for call centre agents in line with their performance. This also helped Bupa attract well educated Saudis to start careers within call centre management.
