Tebtom COVID-19
For our members’ safety, we has extended the Tebtom program to include all members, deliver medication to over 40 cities, and offer telemedicine. Tebtom is a 24-hour assistance service operated by 300 doctors. During these hard times under COVID-19,
the Tebtom program has provided about 740,000 services in the first half of 2020, received about 410,000 calls, and answered 40,000 chat conversations.
