Your insurance policy gives you maternity benefits covering any of the following standard services (subject to scheme limits):

In case of normal pregnancy (no complications, no caesarean delivery)
Antenatal care, normal delivery as well as circumcision for baby boys or ear piercing for baby girls – up to your annual maternity sublimit.

In case of complicated pregnancy or caesarean delivery
Antenatal care, delivery as well as circumcision for baby boy or ear piercing for baby girl – up to your annual maximum sublimit.

Your annual optical sublimit entitles you to an eye test, spectacle lenses and frames.

We will send you your reference number by email once you have made a request, or you can retrieve it by logging-on to our online services at bupa.com.sa.

During the first three months, your newborn baby can be added to your policy by simply logging-in to your account and entering the date of birth. After three months of age, you will also need to provide an ID number for your baby, in order to continue being covered, up until his/her first birthday.

Login to your account and click on ‘track info’. Alternatively, you can always call our membership helpline on 800 440 0555 and we will answer your questions.

For Saudis, you can choose from:

  • Resignation letter
  • Divorce letter
  • Termination letter

For non-Saudis, you can choose from:

  • Other health insurance coverage
  • Transfer to another sponsor
  • Member has an exit visa
  • Member is not returning to Saudi Arabia

The S scheme is for single women only. The Regular scheme is for married women.

You can change incorrect information by submitting a data correction request online.

Yes, including any additions, deletions or upgrades to a higher scheme. Members will have the freedom to choose their effective date to start 30 days backdated or 10 days from the submission date.
