As a Bupa Arabia member, you can access the following information/services online at any time:

  • You can print an insurance certificate
  • You can print an insurance certificate for an embassy or consulate

Please follow these simple steps to set up an account on our website:

  1. Visit the Bupa Arabia site on www.bupa.com.sa
  2. Select ‘Individual’
  3. Input all requested information correctly: membership ID and national ID
  4. Click on ‘My Details’ and insert additional information

You can now login to your account at any time using your membership number and the password you have set.

Only authorised members can request to add or remove a member to/from their policy. This is done by logging on to the Bupa Arabia website or faxing our membership department on 92 0000 725.

You can view and print your membership card by simply clicking on ‘My services’ in the Bupa Arabia app. Alternatively, you can contact our toll-free Customer Service number on 800 244 0307 and our representatives will be happy to assist you straight away.

You will have to submit a reimbursement claim form along with all associated medical reports and supporting documents – provided that the terms and conditions of your contract cover medical procedures outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be reimbursed according to the benchmark of your eligible network rates and in accordance to your contract terms and conditions regarding deductibles. You should check that your contract covers non-emergency treatment outside of the Kingdom, as some contracts only cover emergency treatment abroad. Claim forms are available here.

Send the required missing information to customer.care@bupa.com.sa and the claim will be re-processed within 10 working days.
