Bupa Arabia Call Center Wins 3 Awards
Bupa Arabia won three awards on the Middle Eastern level: “Best Call Centre in the Middle East” Award for 2012 in the large call center category, “Flags Pioneer Contact Center” Award which is an renowned certificate within the Middle East and “Best Recruitment Program” Award for our call center employment.
It is the second time in a row for Bupa Arabia to win the Best Call Centre in the Middle East Award for 2012. This competition is considered to be the most comprehensive, rigorous and strategy-aligned contest of its type in the Middle East.
Bupa Arabia has also managed to obtain the Flags Pioneer Contact Center Award and we are the first certified call center in the Middle East.
Bupa Arabia has managed to win Best Recruitment Program Award for our assessment center for our call center recruitment to be acknowledged at a Middle Eastern level.
