In order for Bupa Arabia to cancel a lost cheque and issue a replacement, you are requested to contact us at the earliest possible.

If you hold a Bupa Family insurance (for Saudi families), please send an email requesting a cheque cancellation to customer.care@bupa.com.sa. We will issue you a replacement cheque within 10 working days.

If you are insured by the company you work for, kindly request an official cheque cancellation letter to be sent to Bupa Arabia, signed by the person responsible for managing insurance requests/claims in your organisation. Your replacement cheque will be issued within 10 working days.

You should ask your provider to send us a request for referral of your case due to non-availability of the required service. Our Pre-authorisation and Customer Care teams will then work on finding you a suitable provider within the Bupa Arabia network that offers the required service. Please note that your initial provider can request a referral but cannot specify a particular provider.

Bupa Arabia is committed to delivering any service to you, even if it is only available in a higher policy network. Provision depends on the status of your requested service and availability.
